How does SPS offer services of high quality?

1. Each service supplied by our company is made up of different process in the business process (research, design, IT services, communication, administrative services, etc.)
    
2. Each member of our team is an expert of its field and it is the person in charge of these process.
    
3. The quality system indicates the final result for each process and its minimal standard. If the final result is lower than the standard expected, the person in charge makes the appropriate changes.  
    
4. The aggregate of all processes, detailed in our quality handbook, allows us to give to our customers an high quality and well organized service, in line with the expectations.
